I came to the
Bradenton/Sarasota area in 2001. I have been an entrepreneur in the building and construction profession for the past twenty-five years. With this background I have extensive experience in contract negotiations and preparation along with managing time sensitive issues and meeting deadlines. Working with inspectors and managing the entire process of the contract requirements is a strength of mine. I will work diligently towards obtaining the best selling price or the best purchase price for my clients.
